American Apparel shirts tend to be a smaller fit. So, if you're unsure, order a size up.
SIZE CHARTS: KID'S / WOMEN'S / MEN'S
- All designs are printed with the highest quality silkscreened heat transfers.
- These transfers are put through extensive testing on a regular basis, have a soft feel, are very durable, and should outlast the lifetime of the shirts they are printed on.
- The transfers are applied using a professional grade heat press machine.
Payment:
- All payments must be made either by credit card, cheque, or international money order.
- Payments by credit card are processed securely through PAYPAL. Burby Shirts does not receive any credit card information.
- We take privacy issues seriously. We will not make any contact information, purchasing information, or payment information public, or share it with any person, business. or organization.
- You DO NOT need a PAYPAL account to make a purchase from Burby Shirts with your credit card.
- All orders paid by cheque or money order will be sent AFTER the cheque/money order has cleared.

Shipping:
- All orders are processed as soon as they are received.
- Canada & US customers: Please allow 6-10 working days to receive your order.
- International customers: Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.
- If there is going to be some kind of delay with your order, we will contact you to let you know.
- All orders are shipped using standard Canada Post Air Mail. If for some reason, you need your order sooner, let us know, and we will make the arrangements with you.
Shipping cost is as follows:
Canada: 1-2 shirts = $5.00. Add $1.00 for each additional item.
USA: 1-2 shirts = $6.50. Add $1.00 for each additional item.
UK and Ireland: 1-2 shirts = $10.00. Add $2.00 for each additional item.
Continental Europe: 1-2 shirts = $12.00. Add $2.00 for each additional item.
Australia: 1-2 shirts = $14.00. Add $2.00 for each addtional item.
Returns:
- All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Shirts can be returned only to exchange for a different size, or if there is a defect in the shirt.
- For returns, the buyer pays shipping both ways.
- We carefully inspect each shirt before shipping, but if there is a defect in the shirt that we missed, we will exchange the item with a replacement. We will pay the shipping both ways in this case.
- All returned items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags attached.
Washing Instructions:
- Wash T-shirt inside-out on COLD
- Hang to dry.
- If you must, dry on a low temperature setting. (Some shrinkage will occur)
- Do not iron over the image.
